MAKING PROCESS

All pieces are handmade using traditional jewellery making techniques and tools. Lindsay has a love of artisan craft and materials are hand shaped and soldered with great care and attention to detail.

SILVERSMITHING

A wide range of silversmithing techniques are used to develop designs. These include hand piercing and drilling solid silver sheet; soldering and fusing delicate elements together; stone setting, granulation; twisting, shaping and hammering wire into a variety of shapes.

INSPIRATION

Lindsay seeks inspiration from her surroundings, both in the countryside on the outskirts of Bristol and also from regular visits to Devon and Cornwall. The photographs below give a feel for the environment which lends it’s self to interesting shapes and forms to draw upon.
